Congratulations to the new CSA Board for 2004-2005 year and to the Graduating CSA members!!                                                                                                                         CSA wishes you all the best!!

If you live off campus (including Poplar Forest, Longwood Village, Sun Chase, and Stanley Park), this is YOUR association! The Commuter Student Association's (CSA's) purpose is fourfold:

1) Assess the interests and concerns of all commuter students and represent those needs to the Longwood faculty, staff, and administrators, as well as to the governing bodies of the Town of Farmville and its surrounding jurisdictions.

2) Ensure recognition of the needs of commuter students and formulation of methods to address those needs.

3) Ensure provision of student support services specifically designed to meet the needs of commuter students.

4) Ensure provision of informational, educational, social, and recreational services and opportunities designed to meet the needs of commuter students. To aid in fulfilling our mission, we offer commuters this web site to get the latest information and speak out about what's on your minds.

CSA encourages you to stay informed, get to know your community and its members, and volunteer on and off campus. Check out the links below and at the left to see what Longwood and Farmville have to offer you and discover what you can offer them
