These are only some components of work ethic and what you can gain from it. Personally, my work experience has shaped me into the person I am. I've gained a better perspective in various different fields, but all these fields of work have many aspects in which they are similar. I've become a much more well-rounded person due to my work experience. I've learned good communication skills, positive attitude, and the ability to be dependable, punctual, and responsible. My work ethic has taught me to do things on my own and it continues to grow as I am exposed to new and different opportunities everyday.
